Sean Clayton is the senior vice president of advisory and managed services. Sean has spent 30 years helping companies improve and differentiate their customer experience, working with clients including Akamai, Autodesk, Cisco, Dell, HERE, HP, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Samsung and SAP. He earned his B.A. Honors Degree in Politics from the University of Warwick in England. He is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Experience Management Professionals Network (XMPN). He is both a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and an Experience Management Professional (XMP).

Michelle is an experienced, results-driven, social scientist and global customer experience leader with a proven record of building successful CX programs and facilitating lasting organizational change. Overall, Michelle helps companies evolve their customer strategies to help them gain the sustained competitive advantage that comes from delivering an exceptional experience. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in health promotion/wellness and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has master’s degrees in both sociology and counseling from North Carolina State University.

Lauri Jones is a vice president of business development and joined the Walker team in 2000. In 2018, Lauri transitioned into sales role, focused on aligning the services with technology packages that will best enable companies to increase their XM effectiveness. Lauri earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University. She is currently a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Organization (CXPA) and has completed the United Way’s Executive Women’s Leadership Program.

As a vice president of advisory services, Kitty serves as the senior client service contact for assigned customer feedback engagements, with an emphasis on industry knowledge, research expertise and creation of valuable insights. Her current portfolio of client relationships includes both international and domestic companies in the high-tech, manufacturing, and financial sectors. Kitty’s largest accounts involve global customer satisfaction/loyalty measurement programs with survey activity occurring via the web in several dozen countries around the globe.
