Responsibilities

As a Vice President in Walker’s Sales organization, Lauri is responsible for scoping and designing technical services and Experience Management (XM) consulting and managed services that best align to clients’ goals and objectives. Lauri’s role is to evaluate and recommend the right professional services to sustain repeatable, scalable, and successful XM programs.

Lauri also works with internal delivery and consulting teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience post-sale. This requires extensive cross-functional collaboration both internally at Walker and within client organizations.  Ultimately, this collaboration is focused on building and sustaining positive relationships across all stakeholders to increase awareness and effectiveness of customer and employee initiatives.

Experience

Lauri joined Walker in 2000. Her career began as a program manager, managing the internal operations of a variety of B2B CX projects, notably in the healthcare, manufacturing, technology and distribution industries. Early on, Lauri’s accounts were among the first to migrate from telephone to online web-based research, which helped guide Walker’s early technology innovations with online reporting capabilities, dashboarding, and creating an internal reporting tool to generate offline reports more efficiently.

Lauri advanced into Walker’s Consulting & Advisory team, where she shifted from program management to design, analytics, and consulting. She carries an in-depth knowledge of which information is most valuable to organizations to develop customer strategies that result in business impact. Through working on and designing strategies in several different industries for a variety of companies, Lauri can ensure that every organization is maximizing its experience efforts.

In 2018, Lauri transitioned into sales role, focused on aligning the services with technology packages that will best enable companies to increase their XM effectiveness. She currently assists with designing the right deployment of both XM advisory services as well as software implementation approaches.
