This is the first step of our Track and Diagnose Phase. This intercept and associated survey are meant as a way for you to capture a baseline on Key Metrics on your website. We recommend an Active Creative (Responsive Dialog here) as a way to sample a representative sample on your website. The Intercept is also built to allow respondents to take the survey once they leave the website, capturing their feedback across the entire experience.
