It’s difficult to know when someone is truly abandoning your website. They could be opening up a new tab, comparing prices, etc;. This Cart Abandonment method triggers an invite once your website visitor is either on the cart page, or has something in their cart, and goes to “leave” the site. Using your Website’s Operational Data, we can customize the survey experience based on whether or not they completed a purchase, giving you a full understanding if they abandoned or not.
