Alex advises her clients on CX strategy and program design by providing best practices, conducting exploratory interviews, and hosting workshops and journey mapping exercises. She specializes in location-based CX programs and B2C. She also has extensive experience in employee experience management.
Alex has worked extensively with large national brands in the restaurant, grocery, and retail industries, advising clients on the creation and management of their customer and employee experience programs and using their collected data to answer complex business questions and develop their CX strategies.
She was also a Sr. Client Partner at an analyst relations agency, where Alex advised large marketing technology and commerce vendors on their analyst relations strategies and discussed the future of technology in these spaces.
She has also worked with a unique set of digital-first companies, casinos, and non-profits.
Achievements and Affiliations
Alex is a Certified Customer Experience Professional and a Qualtrics XM Scientist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Alex has spoken at brand conferences, educating retail managers on their role in improving the customer experience.
