Introducing Walker Forums. We’re scheduling a series of virtual events where clients can learn, share, and discuss relevant CX topics with other Walker clients. CEO Steve Walker will moderate the discussion, but the focus will be on CX leaders sharing their insights.

Two CX leaders from industry-leading companies will share their approach for setting up the right team and resources. We’ll discuss the best ways to establish and maintain organizational structures that facilitate appropriate decision-making and accountability.
